Among Management and Administration's vital contributions to the ICE DISH mission are the following:

​Provides a solid integrated information technology infrastructure.

​Leads dynamic efforts with informing the general public about the agency  through efficient documentation.

​Executes sound and cost-effective financial management policies, standards and systems.

​Establishes acquisition strategies and oversight of procurement activities and contracts.

In addition, Management and Administration ensures collaboration with internal stakeholders to increase diversity, oversees designated special operations, and supports the agency's training needs.

U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Illegal Superheroes' Management and Administration (ICE DISH MA) make the ICE DISH mission possible.

Management and Administration oversees ICE DISH's budget, expenditures, accounting and finance, procurement, human resources and personnel, workforce recruitment, equal employment opportunity, information technology systems, facilities, property and equipment needs. In addition, Management and Administration identifies and tracks the agency's performance measurements, and assists with documentation duties.
