Tanner White is the Director of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Illegal Superheroes (ICE DISH). As Director of ICE DISH, Mr. White leads the agency in its mission and oversees the management of ICE DISH's day-to-day operations, including all operational and mission support personnel assigned to domestic and international offices. Mr. White is the chief supervisor for both HSI and ERO divisions, and he is the lead advisor for all cross-divisional special programs, including the SMART Program, which produced the director's technologically-advanced Super Phone.
Mr. White brings significant experience in the development and implementation of innovative border security and immigration enforcement strategies. Since joining ICE DISH from its very beginnings, Mr. White has served as one of the nation's leading experts on illegal superhero activities, and he continues to build on our common sense approach that prioritizes our nation's laws. Under his leadership, ICE DISH operations have quadrupled in recent years, with plans to expand intergalactically in the near future.
Prior to ICE DISH, Mr. White received expert training on a wide range of classified subjects while at several institutions. As an adolescent, he was an accomplished Eagle Scout.
Mr. White graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University College of Law in 2002. He is a 1999 graduate of Arizona State University.
Ms. Alanna Haight is Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Illegal Superheroes (ICE DISH). As Chief of Staff, Ms. Haight is responsible for supporting the Director in executing and furthering ICE DISH's mission. Ms. Haight manages and directs many of the agency's day-to-day organizational and operational needs, and serves as a lead agent for most of the ICE DISH's special programs. She ensures that ICE DISH leadership engages in informed decision-making and that agency management is executed with efficiency.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Haight served as a Special Agent who was often involved in ERO Community Outreach operations. Having excelled as a leader during key assignments and pivotal operations, her tenure at the role resulted brief as she was subsequently appointed to Chief of Staff in late 2013. Since then, she has consistently been a key contributor to the agency's success, as her efforts, skills, and expertise have proven to be vital to achieving the agency's mission. Ms. Haight has been the recipient of several awards for her outstanding work in law enforcement management.
Ms. Haight graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Southern California School of Law and is a summa cum laude graduate of Boston University.
Will D. Port is the executive associate director of the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement, Department of Illegal Superheroes (ICE DISH). HSI is a critical asset in the ICE DISH mission, responsible for investigating a wide range of domestic and international activities arising from the movement of illegal superheroes into, within, and out of the United States. As director, Mr. D. Port oversees several of ICE DISH's investigative initiatives, including HSI-Intel, NSID, and the Identity & Benefit Fraud Unit.
Prior to his current position, Mr. D. Port began as a HSI Special Agent who was also involved with Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO) Community Outreach. He has worked closely with several ICE DISH personnel, including legal superhero endorsers Captain America and Batgirl, and has also recently led campaigns to inform the general public about ICE DISH operations.
Mr. Will D. Port began his career in law enforcement in 2010. In 2013, while training for a position at another law enforcement agency, he encountered what he considers, "an epiphany," an experience that had a great impact on Mr. D Port as he suddenly decided to instead opt for trying out for the "super" agency, the U.S. Department of Illegal Superheroes (ICE DISH). His contributions to the agency's overall development that year proved critical, and his impressive early performance and keen investigative skills have led him to quickly move up the ranks. He specializes in illegal superhero intelligence gathering and he continues to stay involved with ERO Community Outreach.
Mr. D. Port holds bachelors degrees in physics and in criminal justice from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated with high honors.

Agent Eugene Hicks is an Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO) Deportation Officer for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Illegal Superheroes (ICE DISH). Mr. Hicks is responsible for prosecuting illegal superheroes for illegal re-entry after deportation, monitoring cases, supervising released aliens who are subject to deportation, and assisting with the removal of illegal superheroes from the United States. He is also often involved with ERO Community Outreach operations.
Born in Brownsville, Texas, a border city directly north across Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Mr. Hicks is one of five brothers who have all displayed excellence in the criminal justice field. He climbed his way through the ranks in Texas law enforcement before being recruited to join ICE DISH. A standout agent from early on, Mr. Hicks was previously stationed in New Mexico as a Special Agent prior to being promoted to his current assignment. In 2013, he was personally assigned by the director of ICE DISH to be the lead Deportation Officer for the San Francisco Field Office & Detention Center.
Mr. Hicks graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2005, where he attained a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and an associate's degree in Applied Science.
Agent Ray Jin is an Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO) Immigration Enforcement Agent for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Illegal Superheroes (ICE DISH).
As one of ICE DISH's top agents with a firmly established reputation as a hard-nosed and tenacious enforcer, Mr. Jin is part of an elite group of agents selected by the director to execute special operations. Most recently, he was assigned to the task of helping lead the apprehension of fugitive illegal superhero Superman, and he is the main operator of the SMART Program's first kryptonite gun. He has also played an instrumental role in several Bay Area ERO Community Outreach operations, providing direction and oversight when necessary.
Mr. Jin began his career as a Police Officer in New York, a position Mr. Jin soon left to pursue occupation as an employee of XE Services, formerly known as Blackwater USA. While at XE Services, Mr. Jin flourished and quickly gained prominence due to his strong Asian work ethic, uncompromising fidelity to the letter of the law, and sincere zeal for enforcing the peace.
Mr. Jin is a 9 month veteran of law enforcement and has 31 years of immigration enforcement experience from having been raised in suburban Wilmington, DE– a well known haven for illegal aliens and home to several flagrantly operated 'Super Leagues'. The precariousness of this environment pushed Mr. Jin to earn dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Sports Therapy, graduating magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2005.
