It's a story that began a while ago…

It's been some time since the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Department of Illegal Superheroes (ICE DISH), was established. ICE DISH, the largest investigative agency in the U.S. charged with administering the apprehension and removal of illegal superheroes, was created based on the recognition that the country's current immigration policy must be applied to all, including superheroes.

Over time, ICE DISH has achieved impressive results in working towards our mission. The agency has provided new approaches to our nation's immigration law enforcement, and contributed significantly to raising awareness about pertinent issues. While this period has been one of enormous challenges, we've enjoyed tremendous growth and outstanding achievements in all areas of our broad and diverse portfolio.

ICE DISH now boasts of several field offices, detention facilities, ICE DISH UFO's (Undisclosed Facility in Oakland), and other operations in the United States. This includes two of our better known facilities: the Tucson Correctional Center and the San Francisco Detention Center, the latter being the first of its kind to have conducted personal tours for an extended period of time.

In 2012-13, we also recommissioned the Immigration Station on Angel Island – a site with a key role in our nation's military, immigration, and incarceration history. Previously utilized as an immigrant detention center during the first half the 20th century, the Immigration Station was occupied by ICE DISH to hold illegal superheroes who have used false identities, much like the "paper sons and daughters" (and others) who were held there before.

We have excelled with our special programs as well, particularly ones such as our SMART Program (Super Military Advanced Research & Technology). The contributions put forward by the SMART Program have been pivotal to retaining the versatility and expertise that many of our specialized efforts require.

In addition, we have had much success with our ERO Community Outreach operations, along with inserting our presence into the media.   Both have been integral to our reach with various communities and stakeholders. ICE DISH has been able to make public appearances within a variety of targeted situations, and the agency has been featured or covered by a wide range of media. The list includes press in Brazil, China, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, The Netherlands, and the United States.

Lastly, the support we have received through our partners and stakeholders has proven to be incredibly vital. The overwhelmingly positive response is a testament to the American peoples' willingness to assist us in galvanizing towards the ICE DISH mission. So to each and every individual who has been a part of this, I would like to say, thank you. Without the partnerships, several of our key operations thus far would not have been possible. Without tips reported by the public via our hotline system, our efficacy in apprehending illegal superheroes would prove more difficult. Over the past year and a half, phone calls were made from over 140 cities across the nation.

Through the website, the agency has made available a comprehensive gathering of declassified information about ICE DISH, its mission, current operations, and presented images and noted accomplishments, to give a broad look at our proud history and to educate the American public about our agency. Serving as the agency's main web catalyst, the website also features a "Newsroom" section, where the public can stay up to date with some of ICE DISH's recent news.

Today, we are stronger than we have ever been. Keeping up the momentum we've shown thus far, we will continue to hone our skills, share our expertise, and further our reputation as a preeminent law enforcement agency operating in the world today.
