The ICE Homeland Security Investigations Intelligence Unit (HSI-Intel) is an intelligence force that supports the enforcement needs of ICE DISH's executive leadership and operational field units.

Cutting edge technology mixed with solid traditional research methods, complex intelligence gathering tools, multifaceted investigative techniques, and a high level of professionalism have enabled HSI-Intel to set a unique standard for intelligence agencies.

HSI-Intel also serves the agency's central communications “nerve center,” coordinating the sharing of information between ICE DISH components before being released to the general public, whenever appropriate.

In addition, HSI-Intel often accompanies operational ERO units on the field, not only during special high-risk assignments, but also ERO Community outreach operations.
